The air-conditioned rooms at Royal Inn Residence were a pleasant surprise, providing much-needed relief from the Cairo heat. The free WiFi was a great perk, allowing me to stay connected and get work done during my stay. The private bathrooms in each room were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the walk-in shower and option of both a bath and bidet. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels offered a variety of entertainment options for those relaxing moments. The private entrance to the spacious room gave me a sense of privacy and convenience.

Personally, I found the inner courtyard view a bit underwhelming, but I understand that others may appreciate its charm.

The property offers reasonable prices. Exceptionally comfortable hotel, it's the best 3-star experience I ever had. Exceptionally nice staff and convenient and unbeatable location make it a great choice!

The room with cozy decor was tasteful and incredibly comfortable. Private bathrooms, that included a walk-in shower, were cleaned daily. Thanks to a helpful service I had a VERY COMFORTABLE stay.

Modern and stylish rooms and the bathrooms are spotless! They come equipped with an electric kettle and a fridge, making it convenient for a quick bite or a hot drink. Plus, it's smack dab in the center of everything with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby! 🌟

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. The room we stayed in was surprisingly quiet, with no street noise to disturb our sleep. Another great aspect was the value for money, as we felt we got a lot for what we paid.

There were a few instances where the staff forgot our requests, such as taking out the garbage and refilling the toilet paper. However, they were responsive and completed the tasks when reminded.

My twin/double room had a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator, and I really liked the street view from my room.

The hotel is in a great and amazing location in a commercial area near quieter areas. The comfortable beds and central heating were a great feature. The hotel is just walking distance from all commercial and entertainment malls in Nasr City and Heliopolis.

I had a very pleasant stay at Royal Inn Residence. The hotel was clean and quiet, making it a peaceful retreat during my visit. The location was excellent, with a shopping mall and other amenities nearby. The staff, especially Miss Nooora and Miss Hanna, provided exceptional service and were polite and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated their hospitality and the overall friendly atmosphere of the hotel.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a smell from the refrigerator and air conditioner, and water stagnation in the bathroom, they did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Spent Christmas in a hotel and got two complementary drinks from the hotel bar, nice touch! Location was great, with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. enjoyed the free shuttle service to the nearby attractions.

Room was not properly cleaned, had to ask twice before it was finally tidied up. Noise from the kitchen and other rooms was quite disturbing, which was not ideal for a relaxing Christmas getaway.
